terms and conditions
data protection
personal customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be used for third party advertisements, nor will it be sold on to third parties.
general terms

the dispatched goods will remain the property of dischi volanti until full settlement has been received.

any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent court in berne, switzerland.

dischi volanti reserves the right to change prices.

by submitting an order, the terms and conditions herewith mentioned are accepted.
terms of delivery
switzerland:
the ordered articles are collected twice a month in milan from the distributors and are imported into switzerland. therefore delivery normally takes up to two weeks. should an article not be stocked by a distributor, you will be notified by e-mail of any resulting delay. orders over a certain size may be dispatched in several instalments, at no extra cost.
other countries:

returns
faulty goods can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt, by notifying us of the problem. articles cannot be exchanged if they are no longer wanted.
terms of payment
switzerland:
invoices are payable within 10 days. should a second reminder become necessary, an administration fee of CHF 10.- will be added to the invoice. should legal proceedings become necessary, another fee of CHF 25.- will be added (excl. legal costs).
credit card payments will be charged only upon dispatch of the ordered articles.
other countries:
credit card payments will always be charged in swiss francs and only upon dispatch of the ordered articles.
should no credit card be available for payment, payment can be made in advance, by transferring the amount in swiss francs to my postal account, or by sending the amount in cash, in euros, by registered mail. the relevant information about advance payment will be sent to you by e-mail.
